The therapy modality and treatment plan is collaboratively determined during the intake/assessment process. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, gender and neurodivergent affirming, social justice-oriented, and utilizes principles from DBT, CBT, ACT, exposure therapy, and mindfulness/awareness practices. I bring warmth, humor, and curiosity into my discussions with clients, working together to better understand and intervene in areas of their lives where they are feeling “stuck”.
